I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor based in Medicine Hat, Alberta. My journey into counselling began during the long walks and countless podcasts of the COVID era—an unexpected season that inspired me to pursue my Master’s in Counselling Psychology and dedicate my career to supporting others.
The greatest joy in my life has been raising my two amazing humans, and the second greatest has been helping other humans navigate life’s trickier moments.
My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I work with children ages 5 and up, adolescents, and adults, tailoring my interventions to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based strategies.
When I’m not in the counselling room, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, going on daily walks, reading, or relaxing with my cats.
